New to Strength Training

If you're new to strength training or exercise no worries, our certified knowledgeable trainers are here to guide you through each session and give you the one on one attention you need. Your first couple of weeks are easy for the most part and designed to establish your current strength level and to establish your individual intensity level moving forward so that each workout is challenging but your able to do it. We deal with a vast client age range, and work with clients that suffer from a wide array of prior conditions such as fibromyalgia, severe arthritis, vertigo, cancer, MS, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, and obesity.

Safety is a major concern at My Personal Trainer, so we advocate slow non-ballistic movements on all exercises. Momentum is the biggest culprit for most injuries in gyms, health clubs, and recreation centers across America. Since our inception not a single client has ever seriously hurt themselves from a session and we want to keep it that way.

All MPT staff our certified under the company's own licensed certification program. Which all clients can rest assure, that they'll receive the same expert advice from each individual trainer. Most other fitness centers, health clubs, or gyms hire out independent personal trainers all with different ideas or philosophy's on how one should improve their body. At My Personal Trainer all clients receive the most accurate, NO nonsense, truthful and results producing exercise information available today. We're also here to educate you on your program and won't tell you to do something without backing it up with facts. Selfishly we want to create sales reps out of all of our clients as they start to make changes and most clients will refer 1-3 people they know to our program.
